Korean experience for the nth time

OK.
Korean experience again last Sunday. I told my friends, high school friends, that I wanted to sing-along with them at Joo Sarang Noraebang which is in Makati. It is a KTV for Korean and Japanese songs lovers. I have been there before twice.
So it was just me and Mariane, you can see her in the pictures, our other friends they didn't make it. I thought it will not be enjoyable but I was wrong, btw, we have been together before, just the two of us, as always. Songs were updated because there were already Bigbang songs, oh I love them, and of course, Arashi songs. haha. You can see there the songs I had chosen. Very obvious.

Beautiful Hangover of Bigbang, one of my favorite song of Bigbang.

Korean and Japanese KTVs always have Tambourine/s.

Where you can select songs too, aside from the song books.

Sakura Sake of Arashi no. 41921. My friend was amazed because she thought I can already read Japanese characters, I just felt it XD.

I Need a Girl of Taeyang was playing.

Mr. Joo Sarang. haha

A Korean ice cream my friend bought to the Korean Mart which I forgot the name.

My shoes. lol. I think this shoes of mine is the prettiest and cutest.

At Minsok Korean Restaurant. There were lots of customers because foods were good, as proven.

Minsok Korean Restaurant menu. I don't understand Korean but my friend does, she was translating Korean characters to me. haha.

For grilling Samgyupsal's pork and also for other Korean dishes.

Korean utensils.
Btw, Jinro there was not the Jinro alcoholic drink but it was pure water. hehe. It was just the glass.

Koreans have lots of side dishes, there is Kimchi and other more. Most side dishes are veggies. I think that is the reason why Koreans have very fair skins because of their veggie side dishes.

Bibimbap. Yeah, this is a Bibimbap which is not yet mixed.
Bibimbap is like a fried rice though they call their fried rice as Bokkeumbap, I knew it because I like cooking Kimchi Bokkeumbap or Kimchi friend rice! hehe

Lettuce for Samgyupsal.

Meat of Samgyupsal, those were pork. I love how they have been grilled.
I want to try next is the Japanese foods which are grilled too!

This is a Dubu something.
Dubu in Korea is tofu.

What she was holding was the Samgyupsal.
You grilled the pork then wrap it in the lettuce also put some sauce which i forgot to take a picture then BWALA, a Samgyupsal.
Korean dishes always composed of veggies and spices. But Mariane told me Indian foods are spicier.
The foods we ate were: Samgyupsal, Bibimbap and Jigae. They tasted sooo good for me. Jigae tasted like Sinigang, the Korean version of Sinigang indeed.

At Ayala Triangle after, wherein every December or Christmas season it is filled with thousands of Christmas lights. I saw the Light Show Display already because work was in Makati, but my friend failed to see it. The show already ended when we arrived. I was amazed when I saw the show for the first time because the lights were dancing along the music.
Very romantic indeed though it is for Christmas.

The Korean ice cream I bought at the Korean Mart. This was so good. Heaven. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate in the inside and coated with chocolate and nuts on the outside. I love the taste. I want mooore! You cannot resist and worth the price! Btw, I also bought a box of mallow pies and a Pepero in the Korean Mart and their prices were way cheaper than those marts at Malate, boo them.

A box of mallow pies! yay! I don't know if this was the brand which I have seen in different Korean dramas.

Nice packaging. You can see the mallow pies wearing hats of different countries/nations. Where is the Philippines? hmmm.

Pepero!
Pepero is the Korean version of Pocky. There is Pepero Day in Korea which they celebrate every November 11. They give Pepero to their loved ones. What a nice holiday. Very delicious. haha.
You can see the tag price, just 36php, cheaper than the Pocky you can buy at those convenience stores.

This is the proof that they give Pepero as a gift. hehe
